Your agency's revenues have been plummeting for weeks, and no, it's not due to the weather, any meta updates, the current market situation, or any other reasons why you ca n't generate leads and make revenue. But why do I know that? Because in July 2026, last month, we recorded our best monthly revenue since launching our Offer. €620,000 net monthly revenue despite a 35° heat wave. And our customers felt exactly the same way . The simple fact is that any agency that still relies on being found through its ads on social media in 2026 is unfortunately completely doomed. And you can see the impact of that right now, because most agencies are struggling. Maybe it's the same with yours. And for many agencies, lead generation basically works like this : turn on a mid-campaign, hope that someone scrolls, clicks and signs up . But if people are on vacation, sitting outside and less inclined to doomscing in 35°C heat , lead generation will quickly become quite difficult for you. Do n't get me wrong. Paydads are still extremely valid. We also run some ads all the time, even in summer, but each page channel is sometimes more expensive, more volatile, or simply a bit weaker seasonally. And that's only logical. Fewer visitors on a platform automatically means higher CPM prices, as more competition in the market forces an attempt to reach a smaller target group that can only be found on that platform. And if this is your only channel now , you can test new creatives, shift budgets as much as you want, but you still won't be able to conjure back the missing attention on the platform . You can smear cold calls in your hair at any time . You just call the office, which is great at first. The only problem is that the decision-maker, your contact person, the one you want to reach, is unfortunately not in the office, but chilling on the beach in Mallorca. Either nobody answers or you end up with some secretary who says, "Well, he's not here for the next two weeks." The situation is similar with Code Ma at the moment. Yes, all the agencies, many out there are also sending out a lot of emails, which is also a valid channel, because they somehow want to save their pipeline and it no longer works for them. But bro, someone who's on vacation isn't checking their work email inbox any more than you are. The people who are actually potential customers for you do n't see your email, don't feel like dealing with it in 30°C heat, or delete it after their vacation along with 800 other emails. Ads need someone who scrolls and is active on a platform. Call calls need someone who is in the office and answers them, and code emails need someone who is checking their inbox. And with all three of these channels, you're hoping for attention that hasn't been there in the last two months and wo n't be there in the next month either. And then suddenly it's: "Yeah, bro, it's just the summer lull, there's nothing you can do about it ." That's basically just a convenient excuse for you to avoid taking responsibility for the fact that you're not currently closing any deals and can't generate more revenue. If you want, you can build your Aquiso and Legend accounts so that your entire month doesn't depend on a single algorithm , because on LinkedIn, this game simply works differently. The biggest difference for our clients is our outbound outreach strategy via LinkedIn. We're not waiting for some random CEO to accept our offer. We also know in advance who we want to talk to, and we simply write that person a relevant message. And what's really cool is that LinkedIn works asynchronously. You don't need to call someone cold at 10 am while they're chilling by the pool with their kids . The message on the left is simply there in the inbox, and the person can see it at the airport, in the hotel in the evening, or sometime between appointments. Many decision-makers still briefly check LinkedIn, even when they are on vacation. Of course, it can also happen that someone says: "Hey, I 'm currently traveling, let's talk next week, but that would be perfect, then the follow-up is set and an appointment will be scheduled as soon as it's convenient." Important point, but do n't just write 5000 copy-pasted messages to random LinkedIn contacts tomorrow. If your LinkedIn profile looks like a chatty slop, nobody will look at it and you're guaranteed not to get a satisfactory answer or an appointment. The underlying system has to be sound. That means a well-chosen target group, a personal approach, and a good offer. Ultimately, what matters is that qualified discussions and appointments result from it, and that we don't just mindlessly push the same channel every month. If paid advertising performs well for us, we will scale paid advertising. We're noticing that fewer people are clicking and fewer appointments are being made through the site . Let's shift more capacity to LinkedIn Outbound. Then our team won't just sit around for two months waiting for everyone to come back from vacation. We'll just get the appointments from somewhere else. But you don't need ten different acquisition channels either. Two that function reliably are sufficient so that you're not completely stranded every time one of them weakens seasonally or for whatever reason . And yes, even a channel like LinkedIn might experience a slight downturn at some point. It has n't happened yet, but if it does, we'll postpone it. Simply put more capacity somewhere else. Ultimately, we don't care which channel looks the best on the tracking ; we simply need to receive qualified appointments and then complete those appointments . And that's why we don't need our whole team to sit at home doing nothing just because Meta doesn't want to deal with us. If you want to check out our LinkedIn outreach system and see everything from targeting to scheduling, you'll find the link in the description. Feel free to check it out. Now comes the part that many people completely misunderstand during the summer lull. Our record month does not, of course, mean that seasonality does not exist. Of course, holidays, weather, and budgets change the market, but you 're simply not at the mercy of these changes . If everything collapses for you , it means you simply haven't mastered your laying system yet . We didn't try to force people to scroll through even more ads during the summer . We simply looked at where our target locations would remain accessible and scheduled our appointments there as usual. And that is precisely why we and our MMS clients were able to continue booking appointments throughout the summer , while others waited for the market to return to normal. At the end of the day, the summer lull is simply a test of endurance for an agency business model. Can you only get leads if people find you by chance? Or can you adapt your systems to the current conditions and finally resolve this dependency so that you 're not completely lost again next summer? เ
