In this video, it sounds pretty convincing at first. But in practice, that's where the real problem begins. You can build an offer that sells incredibly well, but gets harder to deliver with every new client. From over 1,000 conversations with agency owners at MMS, I know four problems that keep coming up when copying the Value Ascension. The Hormozi formula isn't useless, though. It’s usually just missing the reality check around it. Problem two: the capacity trap. Hormozi essentially says: "Charge more and deliver more value." Sounds pretty logical. But agencies usually have a problem that, for example, software companies don't have at all. More clients always mean more work. With five clients, your team might be delivering absolute gems. With 20 clients, the same team, and the same process, it becomes very difficult. And the solution to that is a clear capacity limit per role. How many clients can strategy, editing, and account management handle properly? How many clients can strategy, editing, and account management handle properly? First standardize or build up staff, then keep selling. And one more thing. If you increase the effort for every client by accommodating every special request internally, it just piles up on the team and eventually eats away at your quality and your margin.
