Talking HeadTutorial / How-toHook: warnung fehler45-90sProduktion: mittelUntertitel: einwort karaokeCTA: kommentar keywordKonfidenz hoch

Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.65x, also unterdurchschnittlich zum Account-Median

How to overcome + Einwand-Zitat

"We had a bad experience with our last company." Now, what do you say if the prospect says that to you? What do most salespeople do? They say, "Oh, well, don't worry, that won't happen with us because here at XYZ, we don't do that." And that's just what every salesperson's ever told them, so they immediately lose trust. So the first thing you do simply is ask a clarifying question. "Oh, what? What actually happened?" "Oh, well, they did this," and, "Oh, can you give me a specific example of what happened there?" "You know, just last week, they did X and Y and Z." "Okay, so what do you feel like maybe they were missing in their XYZ thing that prevented you from being able to ABC?" "Well, we didn't like that they didn't have this, and we didn't like that they have this." I now know what they said they were missing, and now it's, they're kind of blaming the other person. Like, it's their fault, or the other company, it's their fault. Then I might go into what's called an identity frame. So I might say, "Wow, I mean it, it sounds like you're the type of person that never gives up. It's good for you, 'cause you'd be surprised, 'cause I talk to a lot of business owners and you'd be surprised how many of them, they let some, like, crappy company that doesn't know what they're doing completely prevent them from putting in the right systems and they're never able to scale. I mean, for you, like, that thought process of never giving up, like sticking through it, finding the right thing, is that something that you were born with or is that something you had to learn?" They're not thinking that my thing's not gonna work. Now they're there with me because they're never going to give up. They're gonna find the right thing.
