Belege
  • Ausreisser-Faktor 0.50x unter Account-Median
  • Nur 15 Kommentare bei 28.054 Views
  • Caption liefert keinen inhaltlichen Zusatz-Hook
  • Erste 3 Frames zeigen fremdes Podcast-Zitat, dann Wechsel zu reinem Talking Head
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel durchgehend sichtbar

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Autoritäts-Zitat + polarisierende These

Thema

B2B Lead-Gen Skalierung und LTV-CAC-Problem

Sichtbar
  • eingebettetes Podcast-Video mit Travis Kalanick
  • Text-Overlay-Zitat in den ersten Sekunden
  • Studio-Setting mit Regal und Ziegelwand im Hintergrund
  • Sprecher allein in die Kamera ab ca. 25s
  • einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel
  • schwarzer Rollkragenpullover als Kostüm

When you go from consumer to B2B- Yeah ... the number one mega challenge that you must master is called LTV to CAC. Yes, you could make that argument on consumer, but when you have a sales funnel that starts with I'm going to talk to customers- Mm-hmm ... and I'm going, I have to make LTV to CAC work, it's a whole different ballgame, especially if you go small business. Yep. This is like life in hard mode. I've been saying this for a hot minute. Running B2B lead gen at scale to small to medium sized business is literally playing the game on nightmare mode. It is not a linear form of attribution. People are gonna see a ad, then they're gonna see a retargeting ad, they might opt in for your list. There are so many different parts of the puzzle that actually come into place to make this work at violent scale. Anybody can do it at a small scale, running Google Ads directly to a landing page to book a call. My nine-year-old daughter can do this. But when it comes to actually scaling this up in multiple geographies, generating thousands of leads per month, this is a real problem that a lot of businesses aren't able to solve 'cause they don't have the skills to know all the different pieces of the puzzle. How to take somebody from who the hell are you to shut up and take my money in a short, compressed period of time and still generate the highest quality of lead possible. I think that's one of the reasons that my agency's done so well, because you are paid in proportion to the size of the problems that you solve. And because it's a very hard problem to solve at violent scale, we've done very, very well
