Talking HeadTutorial / How-toHook: these polarisierend45-90sProduktion: mittelUntertitel: einwort karaokeCTA: kommentar keywordKonfidenz hoch

Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 1.08x, also durchschnittlich für den Account
  • Views 3.166 bei 304.414 Followern, geringe Reichweite im Verhältnis
  • Hook ist polarisierende These im Text-Overlay: Location is killing your business
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel durchgängig sichtbar
  • Nur 35 Likes und 2 Kommentare bei über 3000 Views, geringe Interaktionsrate
  • CTA per Kommentar-Keyword für Workshop-Link vorhanden
Hook

„Location is killing your business. There's an old way of thinking about business and there's a new way of thinking about business.“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Alter Glaubenssatz vs neuer Ansatz + Konzept-Framework

Thema

ICP statt Standort als Business-Fundament

Sichtbar
  • eine Person im Studio-Setup mit dunklem Hintergrund
  • Text-Overlay oben: Location is killing your business
  • einwort_karaoke-Untertitel unten im Bild
  • einfache Jacke, neutrales Setting ohne Requisiten
  • Profilansicht sprechend in die Kamera

There's an old way of thinking about business and there's a new way of thinking about business. The old way of thinking about business is the location of the business is really important. Where, where, where do we do business? The location of the business is very dangerous now because if you pin your business to a location and you're stuck in that location, other people can fish in your pond, but you can't fish in their pond. So there are other business models that are now global or national, so ultimately you're gonna be competed away, right? Because you've created an artificial ring fence around your business. So what do you wanna replace that with? You wanna start moving your business towards, rather than thinking location, you want it to be thinking about what we call ICP. ICP is ideal customer, ideal customer persona. So you say, "Okay, I'm less about being in Wimbledon and I'm more about being for dentists. I'm less about being in London. I'm more about, uh, scaling SaaS companies." So it's like, okay, this is the ideal customer persona. This is who they are, what they're struggling with
