Talking HeadTutorial / How-toHook: warnung fehler45-90sProduktion: mittelUntertitel: einwort karaokeCTA: kommentar keywordKonfidenz hoch

Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 2.43x liegt unter dem Median 2.753 des Accounts
  • Text-Overlay Hook: 'Stop Working Alone: Do This Instead'
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel im gesamten Kontaktbogen sichtbar
  • Talking Head ohne B-Roll, Studio-Setting mit Mikrofon
  • CTA im Caption-Text: Comment OBVIOUS für Masterclass-Link
  • 10 Kommentare bei 6.689 Views, geringe Interaktionsrate
Hook

„Stop Working Alone: Do This Instead / There's a lot of entrepreneurs, they try and do everything on their own.“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Warnung + Gegenmittel (Stop X: Do This Instead)

Thema

Teamgröße und Rollenstruktur im Unternehmen

There's a lot of entrepreneurs, they try and do everything on their own. The sweet spot with the lifestyle business is somewhere between three and 12 people. So y- you need a small team of people working together. The magic happens when you've got three to 12 people. Less than three, and there's too much riding on your shoulders. There's just too much work to be done, too much stuff. Once you get three, four, five people, everyone's got a bit of a specialty. So my teams are always initially structured now. It's changed since AI, but my, my teams are now-- We have a key person of influence who's the face of that business. We have head of growth, who is responsible for leads, marketing, sales- Mm. All of that. We have head of delight, who's responsible for making sure people love what they bought, and we have head of performance, who's running the business as a high-performance business. They're responsible for what we call rule of 40, which is the growth rate and the profit rate add up to 40
