Belege

Zitat-Frage + Live-Beratung on stage

The grass is always greener on the other side because it’s fertilized with shit. All opportunities have overhead, you just don’t realize it until you step to the other side of the fence. It’s not as good as you think, you just don’t know as much as you think you do.

I sell pizza, so sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to humans. This is what we need to get on. We do four point two a year, run about thirty percent margins. I don't work my stores. I have full capacity and I- How many stores? Uh, three. Okay. And I got bored, so I built a tool, and that's how I run my business. Like a pizza OS. Yeah. Actually, yeah. So I was invited to a three hundred and fifty million dollar company who was like, "Hey, what are you doing?" So then I showed them, so now other humans want the thing. So it's do I continue to do pizza? Do I give them the tool? What do you wanna have happen? Okay, for the new thing? For everything. 'Cause there's multiple ways up the mountain. Mm-hmm. You could have a hundred pizza stores and make a lot of money that way, use your tool, or use the tool and do some sort of, call it franchise light, or you could franchise heavy it and use the tool. Either way, some version of B2B to that. I think either opportunity could make you as much money as you want. My advice is that you'll win either way because winners win, and so it's really what path up the mountain you want, you're gonna get there either way. So that's thing one. Thing two is that the view's gonna be the same. And so right now pizza's cool 'cause you figured it out. You'll figure this one out too. And at a high enough level, you'll have a head of marketing, you'll have head of sales, you'll have head of IT, head of IT, you'll have legal bullshit, you'll have employees, sleep with employees. Same shit. I think right now it just looks different, and different's always fun, but at the end of the day, you could take both up the mountain and it's entirely a you choice. I think you'll win either way, and given how it seems like you've outsourced the pizzas, I would say if you are gonna pursue the other path, to sell the stores. Because you need all your focus on it 'cause the people who are gonna try to compete against you are for sure gonna be focused on it. And I think out of respect to the competition, um, you should not expect that you're gonna beat them with one arm tied behind your back. Hmm. Very helpful. Appreciate you.
