Here's exactly how to use AI agents in twenty twenty-seven. A, you need to aim it at a problem. What is the goal of the agent? G, you gotta give it a role. Tell it who it is. Are you an assistant? Are you a marketer? Are you a revenue person? Are you a security person? E is equip it with the context. Everything you know about the problem you want it to go solve, give it to it. N is you gotta give it a narrow focus on what it does. An agent has to be very good at one thing. T is trust. Trust it in stages. When I build out my agents, I do a little bit, I see what it does, and then I do a little bit more, I see what it does, and then I get to review mode only, where it's doing all the work, and then I'm reviewing it and approving it. Eventually, if a hundred percent of the stuff it asks me to review I approve, I set it up on automation.
