Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 3.73x bei n=122 Posts
  • Titel als direkte Frage formuliert
  • Thumbnail zeigt Hormozi in Zuhör-Pose mit Konferenz-Lanyard, authentisches Setting
  • Overlay-Text 'either way' im Thumbnail sichtbar

Beschreibung

The grass is always greener on the other side because it’s fertilized with shit. All opportunities have overhead, you just don’t realize it until you step to the other side of the fence. It’s not as good as you think, you just don’t know as much as you think you do.

I sell pizza, so sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to humans. >> This is what we need to get on. >> We do 4.2 a year, run about 30% margins. I don't work my stores. I have full capacity. And how many stores? >> I three. >> Okay. >> And I got bored. So, I built a tool, and that's how I run my business. >> Like a pizza OS. >> Yeah, actually, yeah. So, I was invited to a $350 million company. It was like, "Hey, what are you doing?" So, then I showed them. So, now other humans want the thing. So, it's do I continue to do pizza, or do I give them the tool? >> What do you want to have happen? >> Okay, for the new thing. >> For everything. Cuz there's multiple ways up the mountain. >> Mhm. >> You could have 100 pizza stores and make a lot of money that way, use your tool, or you could use the tool and do some sort of, call it, franchise light, or you could franchise heavy and use the tool. Either way, some version of B2B to that. I think either opportunity could make you as much money as you want. My advice is that you'll win either way because winners win. And so, it's really what path up the mountain you want. You're going to get there either way. So, thing one. Thing two is that the view's going to be the same. And so, right now, pizza's cool cuz you figured it out. You'll figure this one out, too. And at a high enough level, you'll have a head of marketing, you'll have a head of sales, you'll have a head of head of IT, you'll have legal You'll have employees sleeping with employees. Same I think right now it just looks different, and different's always fun. But at the end of the day, you could take both up the mountain. It's entirely a you choice. I think you'll win either way, and given how it seems like you've outsourced the pizzas, I would say if you are going to pursue the other path, to sell the stores. Because you need all your focus on it cuz the people are going to try to compete against you or for sure going to be focused on it. And I think out of respect to the competition, um you should not expect that you're going to beat them with one arm tied behind your back. >> Very helpful. >> Appreciate you. you.
