  • Talking Head durchgängig gleiches Setting laut Kontaktbogen
  • Caption enthält Sales-Bezug, Video-Inhalt aber allgemeines Lifestyle-Mindset

Big sis advice to my girlies хохо 7 years ago I was a barista at a coffee shop making $8/hr. I knew I was a hard worker but wasn’t getting paid for it. I got into sales bc they promised me “f*ck u money” haha. While I did make the”f*ck you money”, yanno I bought my dream cars, house etc.. none of that holds a candle to the feeling of control I got by learning sales. You get what you put in. For the first time in my life if I wanted to work extra hard one month I would directly make more money. got addicted to the game & you will too. Since then I’ve built the #1 women’s high ticket sales academy @shesellsacademy & put on the #1 women’s wealth conference @womenandwealthcon My life is only measured by how many other lives I can change through skillset and helping you guys make money. If any of this resonated with you, follow along and watch sales transform the way you think about life <3 Comment “CLASS” to get trained by Shelby. Comment “COACH” if you’re a high ticket coach wanting to hire @shesellsacademy certified closers. Want to get trained by me directly on how to make money in sales? Next free masterclass rsvp date in bio. Spots limited. & feel free to stalk around the student testimonials highlight while u at it.

Okay, so you're gonna be my younger self, and I'm gonna have the deep talk that I wish I had when I was 20. So the first thing I would tell you to do is to start energy harvesting, because right now you're expelling a lot of negative energy onto gossiping, reading comment sections, uh, relationships, ruminating and worrying about what if this, what if this, what if that. Take all of that negative energy and redirect it into positive energy back into yourself. And what I mean is, like, all of that energy you're using is that, it is energy. Life is energy. Intention flows where intention goes, okay? So redirect the intention into yourself. Learn a new skill. Read. Sit with your thoughts and just freaking think for five minutes. Just ex- exit the negative energy and redirect it back to you. Number two is I would tell you that completion doesn't equal success. Okay? Just because you get the degree, just because you did the internship, just because you took the test, you did the thing that you were supposed to, does not mean you're gonna be successful. Life isn't completion based. Life is performance based. So I would tell you to focus on, like, how well you're doing your jobs, because compounding interest is like... It, it happens in life, too. Every single ounce of hard work that you put into your life reaps you benefits, maybe not now, but at some point. So, but you have to build those skillsets in the beginning. And then number three, I would calm you down because I know you're worried about what you should do with your career. Um, and I always say there's nothing more frustrating than a woman who knows she has so much potential but doesn't know, like, where to navigate it. I would tell you to calm down, because that's such a beautiful state to be in of not knowing what you wanna do for the rest of your life. Because one day you're gonna wake up, and you're gonna know exactly what you're doing for the rest of your life, so what a blessing it is to not know right now, because now you can try out so many different things. But I know you wanna figure it out, so let's figure it out. You're not gonna think of the thing. You're gonna think of the end goal in mind first and work yourself backwards. You're gonna think of what is the day-to-day life that I want to live? And then whatever's gonna give you that is what you're gonna work hard towards. And you need to be whimsical and open-hearted about these vehicles, because for me, I wanted to be a finance bro, a doctor, a lawyer. None of those things would've given me my day-to-day life today. The thing that did, sales, and I would've never done it if I wasn't a little, like, trying everything out, a little like, "Why not? I don't know if I'll like it. I don't know what..." Have fun with trying the things out 'cause you never know what it's gonna be that is gonna give you the, the life that you truly want. So start with the end goal in mind, then work yourself backwards. Okay. Lastly, you need to max out whatever era you are in. Your life is a book, and every single book has a chapter. So how- maybe 80, 90 chapters, and think of each chapter like its own era. Maybe you're in your high school era, your college era, your post-grad era, your first job getting shit on as an intern era, your being a manager era, your getting married era, your having your first kid era. Whatever era you are in, max it out, because that's how you give yourself urgency, is you know that this era is so temporary, but because it's temporary, you know that you need to go balls to the walls in order to max it out, in order to look back at your book of life and be like, "Wow, I really did the most at every point in my life." Lastly, I would tell you to stop dyeing your hair because it's way too blonde and you have blonde blindness. Okay. Love you. Bye.
