Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.46x, also unterdurchschnittlich
  • Nischenthema Mental-Health-Nonprofit statt breites Business-Thema

Thema

Live-Coaching zu Skalierung eines Therapie-Business

Sichtbar
  • Bühnensetting mit Mikrofonständer
  • Frau in gelbem Hoodie mit Brille spricht ins Mikro
  • Publikum im Hintergrund sichtbar
  • Burned-in Textüberlagerung satzweise synchron

U my life goal is to decrease the youth suicide rate in Hawaii. >> You're like adults but like the kids. >> Yeah. Correct. Correct. So I founded uh it's called Spill the Tea Cafe. We serve boba every single day. We're trying to destigmatize mental health. We're doing 1.5 um in revenue. But in order to sustain this, I sell crisis intervention services to the med school residency programs and physicians in Hawaii. >> Those are the adults. >> Those are the adults. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Hold on. Just I want to make sure. So you you sell boba? >> We don't. We give that for free to >> give free boba. >> Yes. >> And this is your passion side and then you make money helping medical students. >> So I opened the nonprofit first, you know, against all sound advice. I took out a $100,000 loan and just opened in two months. Um I want to scale from 400k to 1 million, but I don't know um anything. I don't know if I have to sell to another residency pro residency program or do I sell to another med school or another hospital like these contracts that I have. Yeah. So, it's 250 a session and then it's about 2500 for every like training that I have to get. >> So, if I were you, the first thing that I would do is >> go call all the program directors that are in Hawaii and set up appointments with all of them and then go get them all to sign contracts and then probably at that point be overwhelmed. I'm assuming because you'd have too much demand. Correct. >> If every every if every uh student was fully utilizing their sessions with you, how much more money would you make? >> So, I'm a therapist. I'm not that great at math. >> You're good. But 200 students out of 700 are like utilizing the service >> at number one, call SMS all 500 extra and schedule them. Number two, from every one of those appointments, you have to train your team. This bam fam is a way of life. Book a meeting from a meeting so no one leaves a session without knowing their next session is. That way you can make sure you milk all 10 out of everybody. If you get 250 * 10, that's 2500 times 500 there's a million bucks. Ch.
