Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.28x, also deutlich unter Median von 29.613 Views
  • Hook ist Warnung/Prophezeiung: 'This will suck'

Thema

SMB-Kunden als Wachstumsbremse für Agenturen

Sichtbar
  • Bühnensetting mit dunklem Vorhang
  • Mann in weißem Shirt mit Lanyard spricht ins Mikrofon
  • Publikum im Vordergrund sichtbar, mehrere Zuschauer
  • Mikrofonständer im Bild
  • Kein Text-Overlay im Thumbnail sichtbar

Notiz

Beschreibung

The hardest (bootstrapped) revenue level is $1m to $3m in revenue. Main reason: assuming 25% margins, you have $250k to $750k in profit. Typically you need higher value teammates to scale. And they cost...$250k-$750k. So you have to bet everything on an unsure thing. 3 Alternatives: 1) Narrow avatar to more valuable customers, so you can make more money with same infra. 2) Make a better offer you can charge more money for 3) Raise prices. But no matter which path you choose, it takes more risk to get out of "the swamp' than it take to get into it (which is why most get in, and never break out).

I sell basically complete digital marketing services. The company's gone from zero to 500k in the last four four months. >> Amazing. >> I'd like to ideally get to eight figures. >> Average revenue for them? >> Average revenue per company is anywhere between half a million to 2.5. >> Tough. Let me read you your future. This will suck. Um so, you're four four months in, so you're it's it's brand new and you haven't seen all the that's about to happen. So, you'll get to three, then it'll suck. >> Yep. >> Yeah. That's what's going to >> Uh this is me just being real. Like SMBs suck as customers. Obviously, a lot of marketers follow my stuff and so I get a disproportionate amount of marketing agencies and I've seen every model under the sun. You have to do this. One of the other. Your price either goes up and you serve a higher level avatar or it goes down and you serve the one you are now, but you make sure that your delivery is almost nothing. Those are the two models that work for what you want to do.
