Belege

Frage-Zitat + Gegensatz-These

A focused fool can accomplish more than a distracted genius. Lack of focus is a form of cowardice. You don't believe in yourself enough to go all in. And the world will reward you in proportion to your courage, not your intellect. And so in my early days, I felt like I had to numb myself. Like there was so much work, the amount of work that you can only measure by weighing it, not counting it. And if I stopped to think about how unfinishable the amount of work that I had was, I wanted to quit. And so I did the only thing I could do, I took the first thing off the stack and I [music] would start without thinking about how shitty or alone I felt in that moment. And so there's a reason that race horses wear blinders, right? Focus only on what's in front of you and you will get through it and you will keep going. Because at the end of the day, focus beats intelligence, consistency beats intensity, and action beats intention.
