Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 2,00x gegenüber Account-Median
  • Hook als polarisierende These formuliert mit direkter Frage ans Publikum
  • Whiteboard-Zeichnungen visualisieren abstraktes Konzept einfach

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Provokante These + Frage ans Publikum

Something that took me a while to figure out: The easier a business is to scale, the harder it is to start.

Businesses have shapes. Each of these is a type of business. Who thinks they know what this one is? My e-commerce pros. You gain distribution, then you hit supply chain constraints. And so that it grows really fast and then it stops. And then it goes really fast and then it stops. What do you think this one is? >> Building out our sales team. >> A traditional service business. Will is not going to go to 50 million in 6 months. Theoretically, you could. Likelihood lower. But next year is it 10? Year after that, 18? Yeah, totally doable. What's this? >> It's an app that filters photos. >> It's an info. Really fast and then really hard plateau, incredibly difficult to scale after a certain size. And then this one? >> Software or code library. >> Right. Really long time to develop something that's actually a good product and many times crashes and burns, but if you do have a good product, you get product market fit and then you get through word of mouth, boom.
