Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 3.31x
  • Hook ist Story-Einstieg mit konkretem Erlebnis
  • Titel enthält konkrete Zahl 90%
  • Thumbnail zeigt Text-Overlay do this
  • Kurzform 56 Sekunden, klar strukturiertes Tutorial

I recently had to do a a like a CPR certification whatever thing. It was in here. And the guy started talking and he >> [music] >> pulled slides up and in 2 minutes I was like, "Dude, no. Um I'm not going to sit here as you go through 4 hours of slides." I was like, "We need to know if this then that." He's like, "Oh." I was like, "Yeah." He's like, "Oh, okay. Well, if someone's choking do this and if someone can't breathe do this and in all of the situations call 911." I was like, "Great. That was 4 minutes." >> Yeah. >> You can [ __ ] take the rest of time off and I sent him home. Um >> [music] >> and so the thing is is that there's a lot of times where we try and explain why things happen rather than just what to do. And you will cut out 80 or 90% of your training if you just explain behaviorally, what do you do when this happens? If this then that. [music] If this then that. And fundamentally training is just training those it's just conditional logic. >> [music] >> And so by simplifying that you will you'll be amazed at how quickly you can train people because people trying to create all this theory all this explanation it's like, "Dude, >> [music] >> doesn't matter."
