  • Styled burned-in Untertitel sichtbar im Thumbnail ('of it?')
  • Kommentarzahl mit 18 vergleichsweise niedrig zu Views

One of the first questions I ask when we invest in a company is: “What’s stopping us from doing 10x more of what’s currently working?” Oftentimes: nothing.

12 million a year, we've been flat for 8 months, so we only have about 3 months of runway left. We've been doing a small cash burn for about 8 months. Uh we're adolescent behavioral health care, 120 staff. We stabilize kids with mental health and substance crisis from hospital level all the way on down to just below the hospital level. We're at 60 to 70% census, and as competition is increasing, we need to be closer to 80%. Super high trust industry, it comes down to a lot of proof. Um and the immediate gap that I've been struggling with is Google reviews and testimonials from families. We've got six independently licensed locations that are working, uh and we've got a handful of reviews across all of them. >> And you see more reviews? >> Trying to figure out how to get my staff to do more reviews, more testimonials. They don't like it because of the ethics of kids in crisis. >> Well, that I I I don't know if I buy that one. Not I'm saying like I don't buy their reason. Um because to me I'd say, "Don't you think we should have more kids finding out about our stuff so that they can get help?" Don't you think that if more kids thought it was normal, then they wouldn't feel as ashamed of it? Like I I don't even I don't think they're right. I think it's a I think they're just being cowardly because they don't feel like getting rejected for asking for something. Um and I think you would frame it that way as the ask. Now that being said, the way that I ensure a low like low-skilled labor follows a process like that is that I put I put a cone in the middle of the road. So what I mean is if you just say, "Hey, please do this thing," adherence typically is low unless you have put a big carrot or a big stick there, right? Like you get fired if you don't do it, and sometimes that can be like a little aggressive, right? And so if you put a a cone in the road, it's like um you cannot complete the onboarding process, you cannot exit the patient unless you ask them on the screen like on the exit profile or whatever the whatever the process flow you have is, um because you're seeing a zillion patients, right? I mean, how many patients are you seeing a day? >> Well, >> Or new a week a week, I don't know. Make it whatever. >> A month, we're running about 550 to 600 a month, right? I mean, a year. >> Right. And so there's no reason why we shouldn't be able to get 200 new reviews a month. Like And so I think it just has to be it is part of the flow and then it's like, "Hey, can you do me a favor and and and help other kids find out about this stuff and not feel ashamed?" Like, that's how I would ask.
