Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.82x, also unter Account-Median
  • Split-Screen mit zwei Personen gleichzeitig sichtbar
  • Text-Overlay-Hook mit Warnung/Imperativ-Charakter
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel durchgehend sichtbar

I sell my art on tea towels, and I teach other artists how to put their art on products and sell D2C. So you have two businesses? Yeah, I started my own and then- Word. Don't want to leave money on the table, right? It's super fun. Um, I've had offers to sell that business because it's like an eighty percent profit margin on my tea towel club subscription. Um- Is it three businesses though? So how about this? Yeah, yeah. I'll just sit down. Let's do it. No. Okay. So really it's just physical product, my art on products. I teach artists how to do the same thing basically. I'm gonna blow your mind in a second. Keep going. Yeah. I'm so scared, Alex. Yeah. Okay. So, uh, I guess my biggest question is: What is the next step to take it from here to well over a million dollars just in the subscription? Mm-hmm. That's my question. I think you just decide which business you wanna have. You seem super sharp and have really high energy. It is a testament to your skill and intellect that you've been able to succeed at three businesses concurrently. Do you have any co-founders or partners? No. Right. And so it's all you. Yeppers. And so I'm saying this as a compliment. It's all you. Mm-hmm. But you would make way more money if you applied all of that intellect and all of that skill and all of the energy to one opportunity. Yeah. Like, you would probably be able to get to thirty million a year just doing one thing rather than five doing the three. So I want to sell that business. Yeah. And so what should- Then sell it. Well, I... So I've never made a sales call. I don't know anything about buying, selling anything. Yeah. I've just kind of figured this out. How do I sell a business like this? One of the big mistakes that people who have a smaller business that you're giving up in order to pursue this better opportunity is the price, and so you're losing more money keeping it than you are even if you shut it down. When I realized I wanted to start launching gyms, I fire-sold all of my gyms in ninety days, and I think I got in total like two hundred thousand dollars or something, and they were worth significantly more than that. But within six months was doing a million a month in the new business, and so the opportunity cost is the two and a half million a month you should be making, but you're not making because you're split in your attention. I'd rather you prioritize speed over price. Okay. And I don't normally say that. So sell it as quickly as possible. Yes, I don't normally say that, but in your particular instance, I think you have enough skill, and you have more than enough track record because you're like, "I've done it over seventeen years," and you've been able to make money the whole way. Yes. And more importantly, you've helped probably hundreds of thousands of other people do it too, and you have more than enough proof, and you no longer need that in order to be justified. That's more for a story you're telling yourself than reality.
