Belege
  • Ausreisser-Faktor 0.11x, deutlich unter Median 66.921 Views
  • nur 86 Likes und 26 Kommentare bei 7.168 Views
  • konkreter Zahlen-Hook (neun zu null) im Transkript
  • split_screen Machart mit zwei Podcast-Gästen
  • styled burned-in Untertitel, professionelle Produktion
Hook

„We went from a sales team of nine to zero. That was an experiment.“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

More people. More departments. More layers. That’s what scaling is supposed to look like… right? @takimoore tried it. He built a team of 30+ people, including an entire sales team. Then he realised something... The bigger the team got, the harder the business became to run So he went the other way. He stripped the team back to less than 10 people, got rid of the sales team entirely and rebuilt the business around what he actually wanted to be doing. And the business GREW In this episode with Taki and the incredible @tonibache, we unpack it all. Maybe the goal isn’t to build the biggest team you can. Maybe it’s to build the smallest team capable of achieving the biggest result. Comment "TAKI" and I’ll send you the episode.

We went from a sales team of nine to zero. That was an experiment. We've sold out five or six months in a row. What does your sales process look like now to go from this huge team- Yeah ... to not having anyone? Is it you doing- Nope. There's nobody doing it. Yeah, the world was really different even three or four years ago. The prospect didn't know the information, and the only way to get the information they need to make a decision was to talk to somebody, and now we can Google it, we can YouTube it, we can ChatGPT it. All the knowledge is out there. If your marketing's good, your sales is easy or unnecessary
