Talking Head + B-RollTutorial / How-toHook: these polarisierend45-90sProduktion: mittelUntertitel: einwort karaokeKonfidenz hoch

Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.26x, deutlich unter Median 171.848 Views
  • nur 44.917 Views, 573 Likes, 29 Kommentare bei 3M Followern
  • Hook ist polarisierende These, aber ohne konkrete Zahl
  • wiederkehrendes Text-Overlay 'Your team needs clarity' auf jedem Frame
  • Whiteboard-Setting mit Talking Head und Cutaways zum Whiteboard
Hook

„The role of a leader is to have followers. Some people think they're leaders, they're not leaders, they're managers.“

These + Konzept-Framework (Vector Leadership)

The role of a leader is to have followers. Some people think they're leaders, they're not leaders, they're managers. Big distinction. So imagine you got a team that are pointing in different directions at different levels of magnitude. How efficient do you think this team is to get anything done? Unfortunately, most of you in the room, if I sat down with your team and I asked them simple questions, I would find this. And what happens is if you have this and you're winning a little bit, it's because you are doing a lot of fucking work. Think about a tug of war. On your own team, you got some people pulling this way, and then other people are pulling this way. Perfect team is all pointing in the right direction towards the goal, which is money. This is vector leadership simplified. Vector leadership is all about clarity
