Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.28x bei Median 29.038 Views
  • Post erst 0.9 Tage alt, Views könnten noch steigen
  • Hook ist polarisierende These ohne konkrete Zahl
  • Talking Head Setup identisch zu anderen Videos des Kanals
  • Thumbnail zeigt Regie-Bildschirm statt klassisches Gesicht-Emotion-Thumbnail
Hook

„You're Using Passion as an Excuse to Avoid Hardness“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Thema

Passion als Ausrede für fehlende Durchhaltekraft

Sichtbar
  • Regie-Monitor mit mehreren Kamerabildern
  • Person in Tank Top mit Bart
  • Weiße Karaoke-Untertitel mit Hervorhebung
  • Studio-Equipment im Hintergrund
  • Text Overlay who fucking went

Notiz

Beschreibung

“Follow your passion” is based on the assumption that you can’t learn to love things. If you can, then start doing something that makes you money. And the better you’ll get at it, the more you’ll like it. Two birds one stone.

Chris Rock has a great saying. He says, "Follow your dreams, if they're hiring." You are fooling yourself. You have this idea, "I'm going to I'm going to pursue what I'm passionate about. I'm going to I'm going to paint paintings all day." But even then, it's not true. To pursue your passion is only true in the vague and never in the specific. And I only say this as somebody who [ __ ] went all the way with it. I was into fitness and I started the gyms and I scaled the gyms and I did the turnarounds and I scaled to 6,000 locations. I started a software company. I started a software company. Sold all of it to private equity. I did the whole thing. And what do I have today? A gym that has no members. And I love it, but it's not what I make money on. You're using the excuse of passion to disguise your inability to tolerate hardness.
