Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.51x, also unter Account-Median
  • Hook ist eine polarisierende These über Audience-Ownership
  • Machart talking_head_broll mit kurzem Cutaway zum zweiten Sprecher
  • satzweise Untertitel, mittlere Produktionsqualität
  • nur 201 Likes und 8 Kommentare bei 18.611 Views
Hook

„The real value of building an audience... is owning that audience.“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

These + Kontrastargument (Plattform vs. Email-Liste)

Thema

Owned Audience vs geliehene Social-Media-Reichweite

Sichtbar
  • Podcast-Setting mit zwei Sprechern
  • Bücherregal und Pflanze im Hintergrund
  • Mikrofone sichtbar
  • satzweise burned-in Untertitel
  • gelbes Text-Overlay Wort IS als Hervorhebung

The audience you build on social media is borrowed. You can spend years growing on Instagram, X, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Then you publish something important… And only a fraction of your followers ever see it. That’s the part creators forget. You built the audience. But the platform controls the distribution. Your email list changes that relationship. You own the connection. You decide when to communicate. You’re no longer completely dependent on an algorithm deciding who gets to hear from you. Building a personal brand is good. Building a direct relationship with your audience is better. Are you building followers—or building an asset you actually control? The real value of building an audience when we talk about building a personal brand and eventually a personal media company is owning that audience. Any entrepreneur will tell you the most valuable asset in their business is their email list. Something like thirty-two x more of an ROI than the next marketing channel in most founders' business, right? Like it's your email list that you control. When you send out an email, a hundred percent of people that you email get it, maybe sixty percent open it if you have a good strategy there. On social media, you post on X, maybe two percent of people see it. On Instagram, maybe five percent, right? So you don't control that distribution
