Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor exakt 1,00x (Median 384.657 Views, n=74)
  • Hook als aggressives Zitat in roter Box: "I'M FULLY BOOKED WHY AM I NOT PROFITABLE?"

I have two physical therapy clinics. We roughly do one point two million. Margin? Very low. Okay. Yeah, it's like ten percent. I'm just gonna get to the heart of the issue. Okay. Walk me through the sales process. The sales process? Mm-hmm. There really isn't any. P- I mean p- l- literally. Nazi, right? Patients... We're insurance-based. We don't really do any marketing. We don't have to. We have plenty of patients. Right. But we don't have enough providers to provide care. Are you pure insurance? Everything's insurance? We do a little bit of cash, but not much. Okay. Yeah. So- If you can't control price- Mm-hmm ... the only game that you can play is the bottom-up approach, which means that you have to, for the business, cut all costs and build it like Walmart. We run this lean as fuck. That is the game you have chosen to play- Mm-hmm ... unfortunately. So then my goal for five million probably isn't gonna happen with that model. You can stay in insurance. Yeah. But you might be at five million with five hundred thousand or maybe, you know, six, seven hundred fifty thousand dollars in profit, and at that point, you'll have five locations and be like, "Why am I doing this?" Mm-hmm. Which is why a lot of people get tired of it. Yeah. Or you just have to learn one skill. Mm-hmm. You just have to get leads that are not insurance. Now, I'll give you a hybrid bridge. Is that okay? Absolutely. So when people come in, you're going to ask them, "Do you want the best care possible, or do you just want what your insurance covers?" And then take them through the process and say, "Hey, your insurance is gonna cover this, but it's my duty to tell you that this is what's actually gonna get you better." Okay. And if you just did that, that'll probably create the margin you need to get the people you need. Cool. Thank you.
