Every business coach ever has told you to get your target market right first. The advice is good, but unfortunately, they're doing it all wrong and it's hurting.

Talking Head + B-RollTutorial / How-toHook: these polarisierend45-90sProduktion: mittelUntertitel: einwort karaokeKonfidenz mittel

  • These polarisiert gegen etablierten Business-Coaching-Rat
Hook

Titel-/Hook-Muster

These gegen Standardratschlag + Framework-Versprechen

Your niche isn’t specific enough. “Gyms” is not a niche. “Personal trainers” is not a niche. That’s just picking a lane. The real money is in picking the right people inside that lane. Bleeding. Slipping. Stable. Leading. Same market. Totally different sale. Don’t just niche sideways. Niche up.

Every business coach ever has told you to get your target market right first. The advice is good, but unfortunately, they're doing it all wrong and it's hurting. Let me show you what to do instead. So when you think about niche, what most people do is they think horizontally. They're like, "Hey, should I go for gyms or should I go for personal trainers?" You know, in your market it's the same. Should I go for this market, this market, this market? You think it horizontally, and that's fine. The big mistake is that within that market, not all gyms, not all personal trainers are created equal. In every single market, there are four groups of clients, and which one you pick makes your life way easier, your client results better, and the amount you can charge completely different or really freaking hard. Every market, if you break it down, there's people who are bleeding, so they're, they're struggling. There's people who are slipping. Used to be good, it's dropped. We get a lot of those. People who it's stable. And then the, the top of the thing are people who are leading. These guys are fun. Here's the thing. Sounds like there's four markets, and there are. Really, if you break it down, there's two. There's people who are in pain and people who are going towards stuff. Which market you pick makes a massive difference to, uh, the hot buttons you go after, the easiness of the sale, and the kind of results you'll get. Don't just think horizontally, think vertically and pick a vertical market within the horizontal you've chosen. Life will get easier.
