Is it a problem or procrastination? Elon Musk uses a formula for getting things done. Let me walk you through it… ALERT: I spent 15 years in finance learning how rich people actually win. The lesson? Most people work way too f ing hard for the money they take home. I've built 9 figure businesses and worked with thousands of companies, and I realized the same dumb mistakes get made (It happened to me too at first lol). So I wrote Own or Be Owned to answer one question: How do you make more money, less miserably? I broke it into the 12 Profit Levers… the 12 levers I’ve seen determine whether you print cash or hate your life. On September 18th, I’m DOING SOMETHING INSANE… teaching the whole system live and giving away $1M+ in cash and prizes. I don’t want you motivated. I want you dangerous. Comment OWN and I’ll send you the invite.

Elon Musk has the best formula for getting things done, and you can steal his homework. A group of engineers actually told him a change would take somewhere between six months and a year. He asked them to then turn around the plane they were on, go to the actual place where the problem was, and they solved it in twenty-four hours. A lot of problems feel complicated because complexity protects people from being questioned, like more meetings, more software. Before you add any of that, use this formula. I like to think about it like a three-step staircase. One, you're gonna cut. Two, you're gonna standardize. Three, you're gonna automate. First, what are we cutting? Every step that doesn't actually make you more money or improve the result. Then you're gonna standardize what remains. Record one short video explaining three things: why this process exists, what a successful result looks like, and the few rules that actually matter. Then you're gonna run the bored teenager test. Could you, a bored teenager, watch a five-minute video and execute whatever it is correctly? If no, you don't have a process yet. And the last thing we're gonna do is send that video to our person who's going to automate it, because software makes a bad process happen faster. It doesn't make it better. So we're gonna cut, standardize, automate. This is all on page two hundred and thirty-seven of my new book. I'll teach it to you live, September eighteenth, Own or Be Owned.
