Talking HeadTutorial / How-toHook: story einstieg45-90sProduktion: poliertUntertitel: einwort karaokeCTA: kommentar keywordKonfidenz hoch

You know how to do an audit in your business, but when was the last time you gave yourself a full personal audit. ALERT: I spent 15 years in finance learning how rich people actually win. The lesson? Most people work way too fucking hard for the money you take home. I’ve built 9 figure businesses and worked with thousands of companies and realized the same dumb mistakes get made *by me too at first lol. So I wrote Own or Be Owned to answer one question: How do you make more money, less miserably? I broke it into the 12 Profit Levers... the 12 levers I’ve seen determine whether you print cash or hate your life. On September 18th, I’m DOING SOMETHING INSANE... teaching the whole system live and giving away $1M+ in cash and prizes. I don’t want you motivated. I want you dangerous. Comment “OWN” and I’ll send you the invite.

I heard about this theory called the four buckets. It totally changed my perspective. So imagine your life is four leaky buckets: family, work, health, friends. You pour water into each bucket to keep it full. To become successful, you have to let one drain out. To become extremely successful, you may have to let two. You can argue with a theory. Your calendar usually cannot, because every builder has one bucket getting the bulk of their time, one getting whatever is left, and one they keep promising to fill, like, after the next few months. There's a four-step audit I use to make sure success doesn't become an accidental trade. Step one is review the year. Open your calendar and look where the hours actually went. Two, define your non-negotiables. Pick the things that need a protected place on the calendar before work expands to fill every space. Step three, block the calendar. If your priorities only exist in your head, work will beat them every single time. And lastly, four is reflect. I think you gotta ask yourself once a month, when was the last time the people you love got the version of you you want them to remember? I have this thing called a full personal audit. It's on page two eighty-five of the new book. You should do it if you don't wanna be owned by your business. Comment "own" and I'll send it to you.
