  • Caption enthält 'Sponsored by Saleskick.com', vermutlich Werbe-Deal, was Reichweite drücken kann
  • Setting und Machart (Talking Head im Freien, Podcast-Optik) identisch zu vielen anderen Posts des Accounts, wenig Pattern Interrupt
Hook

„Should your best closer become a sales manager?“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Thema

Beförderung von Top-Verkäufern zu Sales Managern

What's the deal around promoting a good closer to manager versus bringing in an external manager? Well, both can work. Uh, if you bring in an external one, I still, even if it's in secret, right? 'Cause some of them get weird about it. I don't care if it's in secret, whatever, have them take some calls 'cause they have to know your process, your leads. Yeah. Do not deviate on that, I'm fucking telling you. Okay. So for the love of God, just have them take some calls. Okay. And if they're as good as they say they are and they close fucking, you know, if you give them 20 leads and they close eight in the first week, okay, you're the manager now. Promoting internally, I really like that if you have the right person, and the bonus of that is obviously they're gonna know all those things. You're gonna know they, they perform. But what they have to have is, like, executive presence. You, you'll be able to know this. It, it's hard to define this into, like, observable behavior, but you'll know it... You know, if you can imagine them running a meeting, like you should be able to kind of get an idea of like- Yeah ... can this person run a meeting, command attention, command authority? Can they hold other people accountable? Do they have... They, they have to have an even higher degree of disagreeableness than even a good rep because they have to be able to hold people accountable publicly
