Thema

Frage ob Sales-Karriere passt

Sichtbar
  • eine Person im Bademantel
  • Hotelzimmer-Setting mit Deckenlicht
  • durchgehendes Text-Overlay mit Frage
  • viel Handgestik
  • augenpads/beauty-patches sichtbar
  • kein B-Roll oder Schnittwechsel

If you've been wanting to get into sales, but you don't know if you should do it, I'm only gonna ask you one question, and this will determine if you should do it or not. 'Cause some people shouldn't get into sales, 'kay? Some people need to, like they're literally getting robbed at their day job right now by not doing sales. I digress. The question is this: the job that you're working right now, how hard you work every day, what you put into it, like the work that you put into your job right now, if you were to not get paid the hourly or the salary that you do and instead if you were to get paid on performance, meaning how much you show up, how good at your job you are, how much heart you put into it, would you be making more or less money than you do right now? Meaning, if you had no floor and had no cap, would you be making more money? If the answer is yes, you need to get into sales. Because in sales, yeah, there's no floor. So it, it seems scary to some people, but if you are the person that can work hard, that's so freeing because you know you're good at your job, you try, you put your all into something, and that is literally the people that are successful in sales give themselves no reason to not be, because the amount of work that they put into it, it would be illogical for them to not make sales. Like, we all know sales is a numbers game. If you get on the phone with ten people, at least three of them are gonna buy. But if you don't-- But if you're the person that doesn't do good at their job right now, you just show up, do the bare minimum, clock in, clock out, in sales, if you were to have ten calls scheduled and you just don't even try, you don't even open up the laptop to talk to people, of course you're gonna make no money, so you should stay in a salary position. It's the best way to think about it
