Hook

„We do event entertainment. Now we do about 1.2 in revenue. The strength we have is that the people doing these big shows have been in the industry for around 30 years, and they only trust these older bands.“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Imperativ + Zweck ('Do X to Break Into Y')

Notiz

Beschreibung

If you want to get more leads, spend real time and money building something awesome. Then give it away. Then ask those people if they want more of what they just got. The ol drug dealers trick. It’s why people with great products always have an advantage.

We uh do event entertainment. Now, we do about 1.2 in revenue. The strength we have is that the people who are doing these big shows now have been in the industry for around for 30 years, and they only trust these older bands. And so, we're trying to break that moat that they have. >> Yeah. I think you have a branding and demand problem. So, the the people who are doing these big venues, I'm sure they ask for money to do them. Would you be willing to do some for free, which is better than what they're getting for paid, cuz that's bottom line for them. And then you can post on social media about you doing these massive ones. And it This sounds kind of out of left field, but it's actually really common uh in a different space entirely, which is like realtors. >> Mhm. >> So, they want to sell houses, and they're known for selling a sh- $400,000 houses, and they're like, "How do I sell $10 million houses? But I can't get into that because no one believes that I can sell a $10 million house, but I can't stop selling these $400,000 houses." True, but you can stop advertising that you sell $400,000 houses, and we need to get you in front of $10 million houses, which means you can go to somebody and say, "Can I co- this? I'll do all the work, and you take the commission. I just want the credit." And then we want to publicize the out of it so that you can get the referrals from those people because they're like, "I want to advertise that you did the Super Bowl," and not say that you did it for free. And then every other smaller venue that's in between where you're currently at, all of a sudden is like, "Yeah, let's go with those people in all the world," because you're like, "How do I crack the moat?" Well, it's like you need a battering ram, and free is a great battering ram. Especially if you're good. And I would be transparent about it. It's like, "Listen, we crush this stuff. I know that you have some some tried-and-true people. Give us one shot." >> Cool. Appreciate it. >> Yeah.
