Super car Asset. Most people don't realize that having a car that gets attention is ROI positive if you sell anything. It'll open up way more doors. Very few people understand that. Coaching program Asset. If you already knew what you needed to know to be successful, then you would have the results. By definition, if you don't and you wanna go faster, hiring a coach is the fastest way to get there. House Liability. You wanna keep your optionality open. Getting a house might seem like the right move, but it also takes away your flexibility to move. Designer clothes Liability. I think in clean clothes with no logo is actually going to be the future. Degree Liability. It's eight times more expensive to get a degree now, and the increase in income and earning potential is, like, two X. Investing It's an asset for sure. One of the first things I taught my kids when they were 11 years old was how to invest in the market. It's like, "Hey, let's invest in low-fee index funds, and let's also buy some stocks of things that you normally buy their product." What a simple concept. Business Is one of the best assets. Every person in the future will be an entrepreneur. When you look at freelancers and fractional owners and Uber drivers and Airbnb people, they all have a full-time job and then they have to do a side hustle. It's also the best place to develop yourself. AI subscriptions Asset. For the price of going out a couple times a month, you get access to more horsepower to solve the biggest problems you have in your life. Massive return
