Talking HeadTutorial / How-toHook: pattern interrupt45-90sProduktion: poliertUntertitel: styled burned inCTA: keinerKonfidenz hoch

Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 1.05x, exakt im Median des Accounts
  • Konsistentes Text-Overlay Problem=Solution auf allen 10 Kontaktbogen-Frames
  • Kein CTA erkennbar im Transkript oder Caption
  • Talking Head Format ohne B-Roll, durchgehend gleiches Setup
  • Hook startet mitten in einer Alltagssituation ohne Zahl oder Frage
Hook

„A customer asked for a refund, and I don't know if I should give it.“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Problem = Solution Liste, schnelle Rapid-Fire Antworten

Thema

Schnelle Antworten auf Business-Probleme

Sichtbar
  • eine Person im dunkelblauen T-Shirt
  • statisches Studio-Setup mit warmem Licht
  • rot-grünes Problem=Solution Overlay oben im Bild
  • weißer Text-Untertitel unten im Bild
  • kein zweiter Bildbereich, kein Split Screen
  • durchgehend gleiche Kameraeinstellung

A customer asked for a refund, and I don't know if I should give it. Give it and figure out why they're asking for a refund. A customer wants it faster than I can actually deliver. Charge them more and figure out how to get it done. I keep saying yes to everything, and now I'm too busy. Auditor your calendar or renegotiate things you shouldn't be doing. Someone left a bad review and I wanna argue back. Don't do it. I don't know if I have a product problem or a marketing problem. You have a product problem 'cause the product positioning is the problem. If your product sucks, no amount of marketing's gonna fix that. A customer keeps texting me at night. You teach people how to treat you, so stop replying at night. I lowered my price to beat the other guy, and now I'm making no profit. That was dumb. Put your prices higher than your competitor, but design your service to create more value. People love the stuff that I do for free, but they won't pay. You produce content that attracted a bunch of free people. Change your content strategy. A big customer wants a huge order, and I'm scared that I can't deliver. Take the order and bet on yourself. I spend more time posting than actually making money. Go fifty-fifty. I keep missing what I promise to customers. Go back to basics, man. Under commit, over deliver. I'm too nervous to ask happy customers to spread the word. If they're truly happy, they want to tell other people. Just ask. I don't know if I should reinvest my money or just keep it. Invest it, but start with you.
