  • Machart talking_head, Standard-Setup ohne B-Roll

„It's Not the First Time They Stole, It's the First Time You Caught Them“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Thema

Mitarbeiterdiebstahl und Konsequenzen

Sichtbar
  • eine Person im Tank-Top mit Kopfhörern
  • dunkler Studio-Hintergrund mit Lichtleisten
  • gefaltete Hände auf dem Tisch
  • eingebranntes Wort-für-Wort-Untertitel-Overlay
  • Mikrofonkabel sichtbar

Beschreibung

Let me save you a bunch of headache: If someone steals from you and promises they won’t. They’re lying, they’ll steal again…just more effectively. And even if they never do, there are buckets of other great people you can choose from without that track record. Cut and move on

I recently caught one of our main employees that was skimming off the top, stealing. I'm more interested in what you would do cuz I spoke to them about a middle ground, didn't ask for any money back. >> Have you seen Ozark? I'll give you the same. Lord finds out the main character and his partner are skimming in some way. The Lord tells a story about when he was growing up, they ran a grocery store. He says his father caught Lupita, everybody loved Lupita, Lupita was amazing. He caught her pocketing like a $5 bill. The Lord then goes [music] to the secretary and says, "What would you do?" The secretary says, "Yeah, it was just $5, not a huge deal." And then he goes to the next one and says, "What would you do?" And he's like, "Well, I mean, hey, you know, there's we got to understand the situation, blah blah blah blah blah." And so finally, he goes to Marty and he says, "What would you do, Marty?" He says, "Well, I'd get rid of her." He says, "Why?" He said, "Cuz it's not the first time she stole. It's the first time you caught her." I'll kick him out, but there's a $100,000 he stole.
