Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.50x, deutlich unter Account-Median (20.588 Views)
  • Hook ist Frage/Story-Einstieg statt konkreter Zahl oder polarisierender These
  • Titel 'You're the Bottleneck' ist generisches Business-Coaching-Thema

My business is doing well, but I'm completely buried. Every decision, every fire, every small thing still runs through me. My team escalates everything, and I can't get a single hour to actually think. I'm exhausted, and I know I'm the bottleneck, but every time I try to step back, something breaks. How do you actually get out of the day today without the whole thing falling apart? Okay, so right now, the business lacks cash flow in order for you to actually hire the help you need or the the level of talent that you need. And so there's probably like five different potential solutions that you have in front of you. Number one is that the team that you have right now is insufficient, which either means that you don't have good enough people, which means you could swap or trade up in terms of the talent. Number two is that you might need to look at a change in your offer structure or pricing so that you can make more money and then with that extra cash flow then hire additional help if you need to. The third thing is you can look at the core activities that you're doing every day and see is there a place that I could gain more leverage? Meaning is there a way that I could advertise more one to many? Is there a way that [music] I could do one to many selling? Is there a way that I could change my delivery agreements on the back end so that I have less client-f facing time so that I can have some of my time back? But at the most basic level, all we're doing is looking at your calendar, try and find the times on there that we can either replace with a better decision, which is the leverage things I just said, better talent, or more cash flow so that we can bring new and better talent Hand.
