I’m the founder of Imperium Acquisition. You can check us out here imperiumacquisition.com. It’s a services and advisory firm for agencies, coaches & consultants, which is a fancy way of saying we help agency owners, coaches & consultants scale and grow. Right now we make around $10M/year. With this being the internet, I could make any old story up, so I wanted to give you my bio-by-the-years-story, so you can verify I’m legit. Here’s my story: 17: Video game addict, hardcore loser, clueless teen! 18: Go to college (university) for 6 months, drop out, start a biz. 19: Start an apprenticeship, work on business during the apprenticeship. First $10k month. 20: Finish apprenticeship, go all in on “NorthFlow Consulting” with a biz partner. 21: $100k months selling DFY. This is where I actually became a millionaire. Yay. 22: COVID-19 hits. Lose every single client. Literally back to ZERO. Nay. Dark times. 23: Start Imperium, teaching still-alive agencies cold outreach. Back to $100k months. 24: Scaling Imperium, first $500k month, YouTube channel in full swing. 25: Start working with coaches too, launch official info-product, scale to $700k/mo. 26: Move to Dubai, hit $900k/mo, stabilise & lean things out to be as profitable as possible. 27: Move back to the UK, still at $10M/year, starting to aggressively scale. Today: I’m at $10M/year, and have been for some time I’m a liquid multi-millionaire many times over and have made $40M between 18-27. I’m now in a season of aggressive scale and pushing for the $50M/year benchmark, while trying to retain 50% margins. It’s hard, and it sucks a lot, but I really enjoy it and derive a lot of meaning and fulfilment from this journey. The bigger the mountain, the more interesting the climb. That’s what I’m doing with this channel, just documenting what I’m learning on the way and giving you (what I hope to be) valuable insights that might help you climb your mountain (whether it’s smaller or bigger than mine). Keep moving forward! Do the work, Charlie DISCLOSURE Information shared here is for educational purposes only. Getting rich is really easy. And in this video, I'm going to prove it to you. My name's Charlie. Um, I made my first $10,000 in one month when I was 18. 7 months in, it's officially officially my first £10,000 month. I became a millionaire at 21, a multi-millionaire at 22, a deca millionaire at 24, and I'm now 28, and I've made $40 million. The thing that people don't understand about getting rich is that objectively it's incredibly easy, but subjectively it's incredibly hard. And there is a big difference between those two things. Objectively, getting rich is straightforward. You find a group of people, a niche. You find a problem, a painful problem that they all share. You then figure out how to solve that problem or build a product that does. And then you go to them and you sell them the solution. Bingo. If you look at any business model, any business, any anywhere, any any place, whether it's drop shipping, whether it's vibe coding and AI engineering and SAS, whether it's SMA or AI automation or Amazon FBA or, you know, any of these things with the one exception of crypto and trading because there's no real value exchange there. There's no real win for both parties. It's all the same. Like all these YouTube videos you've watched on how to get rich and make money, all the courses, all the gurus, all of the hours you spent listening to podcasts or asking chat GPT what model's best, they're all the same. It doesn't matter if you're selling a service or a product or a line of code in software, you're solving problems for people. And so the question is, well, Charlie, if it's so easy, why is it so hard for me? Because it's a fair point cuz you look at Instagram and you look at Tik Tok and you look at YouTube shorts and there's no shortage of young men who are the same age as you absolutely crushing it and ripping it right now with Lamborghinis and Ferraris and APS and you know all these fancy things. And so you're like well why why is it hard for me? And this is because objectively it's easy, subjectively it's hard. And what I'm going to do in this video is explain exactly what that means. And by the end of this video, you're going to see this in you're going to have my perception of it. And hopefully it'll be easy because it's easy for me. Whenever you perceive something in your life, you look at it through yourself. And this is called the subjective experience. And so in reality, everything, if we were being, you know, critical, everything is known as an object. Everything from physical things like this water bottle or this golf ball all the way down to abstractions like law or money or politics. Everything you perceive is an object. Whether it is a physical object or an abstraction such as gravity. And when you perceive that thing, whether it's with your five senses physically or with your imagination and your mind, which are really the only two avenues of perception we have, you perceive that thing through yourself, it's called a subjective experience. Now, making money as we know objectively is super straightforward and simple. The problem is that when we take the object of money or finance or wealth or business or internet marketing money, whatever you want to call it, we take this thing that you're trying to achieve, you look at that through all of your [ __ ] And so, it's not that making money is hard, it's that you make it hard for yourself because of the way you perceive it. And there's a myriad of different things that completely [ __ ] it up for you, such as your belief systems, your emotions, your identity, your ego, your paradigm, and all these things that make you you. And so a lot of people when they look at making money, pretty much everybody, they look at making money through their lens. And the problem is that their lens is [ __ ] It's foggy. Think about it like this. If I asked you right now um to list me three core beliefs that you have about money, what would you say? Just just take a second to think about that with me here. Would you say, "Oh, you know, it takes money to make money. Money doesn't grow on trees. Um money is hard to earn. You know, you you've got to you you've got to work really hard for it." These are all belief systems underpinned by um justified experiences because most people grow up poor or they don't grow up poor but they don't grow up rich. They grow up either average or below average when it comes to financial means. And the reason that happens is because money is not evenly distributed across society. Something I'm sure you're already aware of. And so the chances are that you've grown up in a household or an environment or a city or a country or a place just at home, whatever, where money hasn't been super abundant for you. And so what that does is it creates your experience of money. And so now your perception of wealth and money and finance is shaped by your upbringing. And so when you look at money, do you see it in a positive light or do you see it in a negative light? Do you see it as something to chase or something to attract? Do you see it as something that is abundant or something that is scarce? And if the answer to those questions is scarcity, um chasing, you know, there's limited resources, etc. Like if that's your perception, then when you come to try to make it, you have no choice but to behave in alignment with those perceptions. And this is called practis which is an idea that was invented by um I want to say it wasn't Martin Celigman that was a that's the that's a completely different psych psychological topic anyway there's this idea called practice which is you give ascent to belief through action and what this basically means is how you what you believe to be true is pretty much what you act out and so one of the biggest um problems with young men trying to make money online these days is they go and they try to make money but they try to do it with faulty belief systems. Now let me tell you something. Having made money myself and having created you know quite significant wealth for myself at a relatively young age whilst I'm still you know before I'm 30. Um I'll tell you a few things I believe to be true about money. I believe that money is incredibly easy to make. I believe that it is so easy to attract. I believe that it grows on trees and there is an absolutely ridiculous abundance of it. and I believe that it's easy to get. And those were things that I never used to believe. And your argument is now, well, of course you believe those things to be true because you've got money. But something important happens to very rich people who are self-made. Not people who inherit their wealth cuz that's probably not going to happen to you. Otherwise, you'd be watching this video. But to people that are self-made, they have to go from poor or broke or average to rich. And you would think that it's all about figuring out how to sell on the phone or it's figuring out how to build websites or build Facebook ads or build these skills and those things are crucial and all of those skills that you learn to make money and keep it i.e. attracting you sales, marketing, product development, etc. These hard business skills like managing people, those are the cause to the effect. If you want money, you have to learn how to do those things. But what precedes those skills or sorry what precedes those skills right what comes before is the belief in yourself and alignment with money and and it's such a weird like and and like law of attraction like this very female idea right this whole manifest it and it will become true thing but you know we're not trying to believe in the universe we're trying to believe in ourselves and I'll explain that in a second and so again I'll repeat this objectively making money is easy subjectively Making money is hard. If you figured out how to remove all of your limiting beliefs, if you figured out how to rewire your emotional connections to money, if you figured out how to scoop out all of those weird resistances you have towards doing the work and doing the hard thing, and you figured out how to replace all of those negative belief systems with positive ones, and truly believe that money is easy. Not just fool yourself, but truly believe it. And then you figured out how to fix your emotions because Lord knows that trying to start a business is not an easy thing. And you have to the the level of like the degree to which you have to be able to control your impulses and emotions in business is unfathomable to most average people. Most average people, most normal people, you know, um just average people working, they go about their lives and they they live in a sort of storm of emotion. And if they feel something, they'll do something because they feel something. When you try to encounter money or finance or wealth, doing what you want to do just because you feel like it is no longer the the way you need to play the game. and you're not going to be rich at all, if not for very long, if you let your emotions guide your decisions. And so the belief thing is crucial and and understanding how to rewire your belief system and get out of your own way is critical. But also the emotional control thing, like I've got friends that are worth hundreds of millions, billions of dollars. And all of them, the two things they have in common is their belief systems to do with money are so perfectly attuned and aligned to what they want. Um, and their emotional control is phenomenal. And this is the critical thing is it's like with the belief thing, it's like money is objectively just money. It's an arbitration. It's not even [ __ ] real. Like that that $10 bill you've got in your wallet, it's just a piece of paper with some symbols on it. But all of humanity has unanimously agreed by some, you know, remarkable law of civilization that this this this paper has meaning. It has value. And so what you need to learn to do is if you want to be rich and if you want to be successful and if you want to be wealthy and everything then you need to understand how rich wealthy successful people think and how they and and more importantly what they believe to be true and then all you really have to do is believe that and you'll make the money and it's not I'm not telling you that the belief is the thing that connects the money to your pocket. What I'm telling you is there's a there's a three-part process to making money. It is the money is made when you take actions that help you make it, but you only take actions that help you make it when you believe that they're either worth doing or the right thing to do. And so, again, it's it's pretty simple. I can tell you how to make $10,000 a month right now. Um, go and pick a niche like a a local go and find a group of local businesses and start a service-based business helping them solve a problem that they all suffer with and then call every single business in that niche 100 times and, you know, try and sell them that service. It's that it's that simple. It But this is the thing is I've got this program called Imperium Academy. It's a free course that shows you how to make um $10,000 a month online. Um, I've got 75,000 young dudes going through it. Results are amazing. First thing in the description, you want to check it out. The amount of people that go through the program, but get stuck on the most trivial thing. I don't know what niche to pick. I don't know what offer to pick. I'm scared of picking up the phone and calling. None of this is objectively difficult. It's just subjectively difficult in relation to their belief systems, their emotions. And so I guess what I'm trying to say and and the point of this video is if you want to get rich and if you want to become ridiculously successful at a young age and if you want to have the super cars and the pen houses and the watches and the Ferraris and the Lamborghinis and all this stuff, >> just get out your own [ __ ] way. That's it. Get out your own [ __ ] way. Stop being a [ __ ] Stop getting all of these weird little like the emotions. It's fine to feel them, but proceed in spite of them. That's the most important. Like, you can feel scared and you can feel anxious, but like I saw this post in um in my community the other day. My business partner sent it to me and um this post was from this this young guy and he was like, "Oh, I just really I can't do the cold calls. I can't pick up the phone. I'm too afraid." What what what have we become? Like all you have to do to make $10,000 a month is have the balls to talk to and be rejected by a couple of hundred strangers a day. That that that that is the extent of it. That is all the universe is asking of you or have the balls to, you know, spend a few thousand and build a product and build a website and do some marketing and then start making videos. Like I was looking at um some some marketing material from a friend of mine recently and um you know he teaches people how to make money online um and start a business and one of the core sort of headlines of of of of his marketing campaign is you can make this money without showing your face and and and this is one of the biggest guys in the space. If that doesn't give you a window into how pussy-ish this generation of men have become, I don't know what will. Because I'm not talking about women here because the majority of this make money online material is engineered solely for men. It's a 99% male market. Okay? And I know that to be true because I have a free course and you know I I would genuinely say probably 95% of those people, none of the men. Boys, what the [ __ ] has happened to to us? Like, and I'm not including myself in that statement, but like the bar is so low. And the problem with artificial intelligence and the problem with AI and the problem with all of these things is like you're looking for the easiest, fastest, most straightforward way to get rich. And you don't have to look any further than, you know, the YouTube videos that do well in this space. How to get rich quickly, how to make money online fast, easiest way to get rich. My some of my best videos ever. I've been making videos for five, six years now. My best ever videos all appeal to that speed, that ease. It makes sense. But I can tell you that money respects pain. That's a really critical critical point. Like money respects pain. And if you want to attract money and make money, the easiest way to do it is to imagine that it's this figure. It's this person. And you're trying to get its attention. You're trying to get its gaze. And the more pain you put yourself through, the more it will look at you. But instead, don't show your face. Don't make the cold calls. You don't have to do anything. You can just set up a website and you're going to print money. It's that is not how it works. It is hard. It's supposed to be hard. But but even then, like, you know, I was reading a um excuse my watch there. I was reading um a biography from Andrew Carnegie. And Andrew Carnegie was, you know, one of the one of the greatest entrepreneurs of all time. He was the richest man um when I think JP Morgan bought um his company, you know, the steel company in in the whenever it was 1800s. And there was this section in this this 800page biography um on how Andrew Carneg's workers um would uh complain and they try and unionize and they try and like you know get their hours reduced. But the guys that worked for Andrew Carnegie, majority of the workers in the steel factories, steel factories by the way, manual labor, they would work something like 16 hours a day, seven days a week, and then get like one day off every 3 weeks or something. That's hard work. Like, that's pain. That's resistance. That's leaving at 6:00 a.m., you know, [ __ ] milling steel for 12 to 16 hours, returning, eating a bowl of carrot, potatoes, and dried beef. going to sleep and repeating every day until you die. That and that wasn't even for good money. That was for like next to nothing, which is one of the reasons why Carnegie and the other industrialists around that time weren't so rich. The lab there was so much leverage in labor. There still is, but not as much. Um, but it it's not hard. Like it it it's just it's such a shame to see people like look think about like this. There should be no conflict between what you want and who you are. And all the suffering and the pain that you feel right now because you're broke comes because of one reason. Because you want something that you're fundamentally not deserving of and prepared to have. And I'm delivering that to you with love. But if you want to be rich, then make the decision. I am a tough [ __ ] and I'm going to try it. And I'm really going to try. But don't give me this like, oh well, like I want to make 10K a month, but I don't want to show my face. What are you? What's that about? Make a decision like decide who are you going to be and what do you want and be that [ __ ] person. And it will be hell and it will be difficult and it will take time. But everyone is just such a [ __ ] these days. Not everyone. There's a few people that really get it and stuff, but get making money is easy. Like you can watch a you know there's there's plenty of courses out there. Most of them work if you just listen and do it. But the thing is is what happens and this is the big tragedy of the internet marketing age is you go and you register for a course or a YouTube channel whatever and you start doing the course you get all excited. You're in that little it's the honeymoon phase right with the business. And then some resistance crops up. You've got to show your face. You got to make cold calls. You got to face rejection. You got to face conflict on a sales call. You've got to deliver results. Now there's expectations of you. And so, oh freeze, freeze pain. Oh no. And and don't clip that by the way. And then you go to another course with a different business model with a different promise and you do the same thing. And then 3 months later you switch something else. And the problem is is you're constantly living in this little like when you start a business there is a honeymoon phase with the business where everything feels happy and hopeful. And after about a month or two of that after designing the website and the [ __ ] business cards and all that [ __ ] that you know deep down isn't going to make you any money, you're faced with the thing of like now I've got to spend some money on ads or now I've got to face rejection. Now I've got to take real risk. Now I've got to put my neck on the line. Now I'm going to be judged. Now I'm going to be rejected. Now I'm going to and it's and and and the second that happens, oh no, I don't want to do it. I'm going to go do something else. And then you you go and you try and find something a little less painful. And the only way through is through. And for as long as you seek this painless, easy, fast route, you will never get rich. And you and and the way that you change this is by changing yourself and who you are, your identity. Like the guys, one of the easiest ways that I found to become a millionaire at 21 and make my first 10K a month at 19 or 18 was to do the following. Do not chase a goal, chase an identity. And and this is a super simple idea. Instead of trying to make money, be try to become the person that would find it easy to make. And ask yourself and be very critical like what exactly would that person look like? That version of me. Yeah, your your face isn't going to change. You're you're still going to have the same name and the same driver's license and the same passport and the same family. All these things that make you you. But the the thing that is that needs to change is your your the fundamental core operating system. Because this is what it really is is you your identity, your belief systems, your emotions are an operating system. And the way that you're operating right now with trying to make money online and trying to get rich is you are trying to run a Windows application on a Mac PC. They're just not compatible, right? And so if you think about like this, imagine that like imagine that you are an Xbox. Just going to use this arbitration. You're on Xbox and someone comes along and they insert a um PlayStation 5 disc into you. Bit of a weird one, but they insert a PS5 disc into you. Well, you're you're not going to be able to run the disc because your operating system isn't conducive to the disc. There's no match. And this is very similar to making money. So you are, you know, let's say that you are the Xbox and the disc is the new course or the new business model or the new YouTube video or the new [ __ ] AI prompt or whatever [ __ ] shiny object you're on to next. And it's like you've tried like so many discs like and it just gets rejected and it gets rejected. I'll try ecom rejected. I'll try Shopify rejected. Okay, I'll try voding rejected. I'll try sales rejected. I'll try appointment setting and building and and it's just like you're you're there comes a point where you need to realize that you are the [ __ ] problem. So instead of trying to change the business, instead of trying to change the niche, instead of trying to change the product, instead of trying to change the vehicle, instead of trying to change the YouTuber or the guru or the course, change yourself. Objectively making money is [ __ ] easy, but subjectively it's really hard. We do not need to change the object. We need to change the subject, you. And that comes down to your belief systems, your emotional control, and your ability to tolerate and withstand pain. Now, if you want some guidance on how to actually do that, I have a program. It's completely free to join. It's the first thing in the description. Inside of that program is a mindset module called Selftrcendence in week two. It's accessible for free. You can click the link. In sales transcendence, I am going to completely uh and utterly like rip your identity apart and put something together that actually allows you to make money. So, you can go and get that if you want. It's it's free. But the overall consens of this video should hit you pretty hard. Like, if if you're not feeling right now like some like sense of like, oh my goodness, okay, I've got to get to work. Then I either I haven't done a good job of articulating this or you haven't listened because you've been [ __ ] scrolling subway servers Instagram res. Sometimes you just got to look at your behavior and think what the [ __ ] am I doing? Like what is this? Who am I? What am I? What am I doing? I I can't show my face. I can't pick up the phone. It's like people are weak, man. And and the reason that there's so much money to be made these days and the reason that making money online is is so easy is because your competition is just terribly weak. But only if you make a decision to be strong. time. See you.
