Belege
  • Text-Overlays pro Geschäftsmodell mit Kernaussage (z.B. good unit economics, bad enterprise value)

E-commerce business. Three point eight. Operationally super scalable. The difficulty becomes logistics and supply chain. But if you have good unit economics and you've got a good media team, like, you can scale, you know, zero to a hundred million dollars in a year if you're a savage and have the product. But it does require capital. Service-based business. Two. Mostly just because you always have to keep hiring training in order to keep unlocking more and more revenue. And that's always gonna be the constraint of the business if you're good at what you do. Information business. For growth, five out of five short term, one out of five long term. The fastest short term growth, the hardest long term growth because you have no compound effect. There's no revenue retention. Once you teach someone how to do something, that's that. Information is super high margin. Good cash flow, bad enterprise value. Software as a service. One out of five short term, five out of five long term. It takes a ton of capital, ton of skill, ton of effort to get product market fit and actually build a product that's good. And then once you do have product market fit, they describe it as it's like pushing a boulder up a hill, and then once you get over product market fit, it's like chasing a boulder down a hill. Basically, adding an additional customer costs almost nothing, and you can do it instantaneously, which gives you operational scale really easily without adding any capital. This one's actually reversed. Brick-and-mortar physical location business. Two out of five. Basically, a national service like taxes, lawyer rate, whatever that you can, you know, do across a whole nation, easier than scaling trucks and home services and things like that with physical, like, moving bits rather than moving information service. Capital-intensive, but valuable because all the difficulty you have to overcome, somebody else has to overcome. So the more you slow grow, the more valuable the moat becomes.
