Talking Head + B-RollFallstudie / ProofHook: warnung fehler45-90sProduktion: poliertUntertitel: styled burned inCTA: kommentar keywordKonfidenz hoch

Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.48x, also unter Account-Median
  • Hook nennt konkrete Zahl (40 Milliarden Dollar Verlust)

Number one mistake in business: never confuse someone who can explain a business with someone who can run one. Starbucks fired their CEO after seventeen months. The company was worth a hundred and fourteen billion dollars when he started, seventy-four billion when he left. That's a forty-billion-dollar face plant in under two years. Here's why. He spent twenty-two years at McKinsey telling other people how to run businesses, but he hadn't actually ran a business himself. There's an entire chapter in Own or Be Owned called People. If you hire people based on resumes instead of results, it's gonna cost you either hundreds of thousands or millions to figure it out compared to their billions. Starbucks finally corrected it. They brought in their right people. Brian Niccol, the guy who took Chipotle from seven billion to seventy billion. The day they announced him, the stock jumped twenty billion dollars in a single day. Before you hire anyone or take advice from anyone, ask one question: Have they actually done what they're telling you to do? Comment "Own." I'll actually teach you live how to do this so that you never waste a dollar bringing people into your life or business that shouldn't be there.
