Talking HeadRant / PolarisierungHook: these polarisierend45-90sProduktion: mittelUntertitel: einwort karaokeKonfidenz hoch

Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.92x, also unter Median
  • Hook_typ these_polarisierend im Overlay sichtbar
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel durchgängig im Kontaktbogen
  • Kein B-Roll, durchgehend Talking Head
  • 46 Sekunden Länge, kurzes Format

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Polarisierende These gegen gängige Business-Weisheit

People think they need to build systems to scale, but the truth is you have to build scale to know what systems to build. So what happens a lot of times is people are like, "I gotta build these systems. I gotta get ready for scale. I gotta hire all these people." And so the thing is, is they just system procrastinate, and they basically just lose margin and spend a bunch of money and waste a bunch of time not growing their business. When in reality, you oftentimes, especially in the beginning phases of your business, unless you're rebuilding something that you've already built in the past, that would be the exception, you have to actually scale and essentially, like, stress the systems that you have, maybe even break the systems that you have. 'Cause once you do that, it becomes abundantly clear what people or systems need to be built in a response to that. But that's one of the biggest mistakes I consistently see with clients.
