Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.74x, unter Account-Median
  • Hook-Typ versprechen_ergebnis, kein Pattern Interrupt
  • Podcast-Setting mit zwei Personen, Machart podcast_clip
  • Nur 1 Kommentar bei 7.241 Views, geringe Interaktion
  • Thema Kultur/Mitarbeiterbindung statt kontroverser Sales-Inhalt

Thema

Unternehmenskultur und Mitarbeiterbindung als CEO

Sichtbar
  • zwei Männer im Podcast-Setup mit Mikrofonen
  • einer trägt rote Cap, einer dunkles Polo
  • einwort-karaoke Untertitel eingeblendet
  • Text-Overlay Hook oben links im ersten Frame
  • Rucksack und Getränkedose als Requisiten im Hintergrund
  • neutrales Studio-Setting mit Sesseln

I essentially want my company to be the one company that they work for to where maybe they're 35 or they're 55 or whatever it is, but they look back and they're like, "Man, the time I spent," whether it was two years, four years, 10 years, "at that company is a pivotal, uh, point in my career." Yeah. That's actually something I took from the last company I worked for, 'cause I wouldn't be where I'm at if I didn't work for that company. And so I wanna create that experience- Amen ... for as many people as I can. That's our job, though. That's our duty and responsibility as CEOs is to make our employees better. I always tell somebody that I'm hiring direct, if I'm hiring them direct, "Look it, the worst thing that's gonna happen to you when you come and work for me is that, number one, yes, it's stressful. Number two, yes, I'm gonna make you a better person. Number three, I'm always gonna have you under pressure because I'm trying to get the best version of you. But the worst thing that's gonna happen is you're gonna start off at $150,000 salary. By the time you're done with me, wherever you walk in, you're gonna be asking for two, three, four, $500,000 salaries." Exactly. Yeah. "I promise you and I guarantee you. You bring up my name in the industry and you say, 'Hey, I was his personal assistant,' 'I was his sales manager,' 'I was his office manager,' I was this, I was that, I worked with him direct,' anybody you walk into, I promise you they're gonna give you way more than what you, what you're making right here."
