This is one of the best questions you can ask yourself in business, is I asked myself, "Okay, well, what would it take to get the whole team as good as that best person? What would it take?" Um, the answer was, like, it came to me instantly. I was like, okay, number one, we gotta increase the compensation. We paid our setters two to three grand a month extra. Here's the thing. For most departments, an extra two to three grand a month is an extra 20 to 30% increase in their pay. That's huge, and that puts you in an entirely different talent bracket in the recruiting marketplace. You'll notice if you do this, you'll get way different and better interviews. It's huge. The other thing that we, that I decided to do, which this is something that probably only I can do, I would say, is we basically marketed for closers, hired junior level closers, and we told them they need to ramp a setter for six months. I feel like a big reason we can do that is 'cause of the brand. I wouldn't necessarily recommend that for 99% of people, but that's what we did. And so the end result is we hire way fucking better people, and then guess what? We didn't have to train them as much, and we are able with all that extra efficiency to cut our ad spend by 250 grand a month. And then also, because that's show hire and close hire, we made an extra 200 grand a month. So the net was an extra 450 grand a month
