Thema

Wochenend-Verfügbarkeit von Sales-Teams für Calls

People always ask me about this. What, what you think are best practices for sales teams on the weekends in terms of available slots there? Yeah. Well, that's a good question. Usually what we do is most of all of our guys, I mean, if they wanna work a full day Saturday, they can. I just tell them to do five slots. Mm-hmm. And then Sundays we found, and it can be different for everybody- Mm-hmm ... Sundays we found aren't even worth doing. I don't know if I talked to Hermosa or his guy Jacob about this or something, but that they do every single day, and then, like, they have guys on Sundays, and then those guys can take off other days. The thing with that is if you have a massive brand where you're really famous, I think that's great, right? In my experience, like, the difference, Saturday, I think we measured it, and you might get a couple points lower than a weekday. Mm-hmm. But I'm talking like if you're at 60, you might get 58. Yeah. You know? So it's still worth having that extra day, having guys on Saturdays, and having setters on Saturdays. Yes. Right?
