I have a question about managing the setters in terms of their time on the dialer. So we use DialerIO. They are full-time reps. They're normally on there about five hours a day, and their reasoning behind that is that they're also setting a lot of appointments through DM. So we have an SMS sequence that goes out, and emails, and a cold email list. So they are dealing with a lot of that. How do I KPI the time spent on that? Secondary question there, should I have the time on dialer in their end-of-day report so that it's public in order to increase- You could ... performance? Yeah, that, that's fine. So eventually what you could do, if it, if you feel like it's able to be separate, like if it's social DMs and email- It's SMS ... Okay, so it's text. Yes. So that doesn't show up in the working time? No, 'cause they're doing it all in Alaware, although maybe there is a way to check how much time they spent texting people. No. Well, well dialer now has the text, so now you can move all that to dialer. With sequences? Yeah. But the, the number one thing is, is if they're doing 80 to 110 sets per month per setter or more, we've had people get as high as like 140, right? Wow. But I figured 80 to 110 was a good benchmark for everybody here. If they're doing that, in my experience, that represents they're mostly working a full day. Okay. So like start there, number one, and then work backwards 'cause if they're not hitting that- Yeah ... then it could be working time or these other things
