Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 0.99x, exakt im Median (9.756 vs 9.815)
  • Hook nennt bekannte Person Ali Abdaal und konkrete Zahl $1M/mo
  • Nur 174 Likes und 3 Kommentare bei 9.756 Views, geringe Interaktionsrate
  • Karaoke-Untertitel, Podcast/Interview-Setting im Freien
  • Thema ist praxisnaher Vertriebsprozess, Call Reviews, End-of-Day Reports

I mean, you should be doing a call review every single day. In the daily meeting? Yeah. So, like, look- looking at a random call, or they're- Wins, projections, that's twen- first 20 minutes. The last 40 minutes is call review. Okay. Yeah, so you- Or you're just op- opening up Grain or Fathom and actually watching through, or- So what you wanna do- Or, so, yeah ... is you wanna look at their end-of-day reports. Yeah. That's where they list everybody they've spoken with. Yep. Like, who were they? What happened? What was the next step? In the end-of-day report, what you want the training, the manager to do is look especially for deals that should've closed but didn't close. Yeah. Or deals that, "Oh, it was a great call. It sounded really good. Oh, it's amazing." Yeah. And it went to follow-up. Yep. Because even really good closers might only have a 60% follow-up conversion. I mean, that'd be really good, right? So those are the best deals that I call the fringe deals, to where you wanna review those- Yeah ... on the meeting the next day to give coaching, 'cause that's where their blind spots are, 'cause they thought it was a great call. Yeah. But they didn't see the angle to be able to close. And so those are the ones where you can grab the most deals by correcting their behavior. The other thing you can do is, since they have a follow-up coming up, you can strategize on how to handle that follow-up. Mm. So it gets you kinda deals in both ways. The other thing is too is, if they're not following the process- Yep ... there needs to be a very clear, like, calls they can watch in training of what the process is. Mm. 'Cause sales reps learn through modeling. Yep. So they need, like, 10 calls that are perfect to the T they can just watch, you know, you or whoever do a call perfect to the T. Mm. And then that way, they have a clear idea of what the process is
