Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 1.44x, also leicht über Account-Median
  • Sponsored-Content-Hinweis in Caption, könnte Reichweite beeinflussen

In my experience doing group calls and one-on-ones, it's like 95% of people just get this wrong. How many leads per month should you give your setter? The answer is, it really depends. But what we're gonna do is we're gonna start with the benchmarks, and then I'm gonna teach you a formula. So if you run a VSL webinar call funnel plus an opt-in, so like any sort of call funnel with an opt-in, 800 to 900 opt-ins per month per setter. PDF lead magnet to then like, "Hey, thanks for the download. Also, watch this video and book a call," whatever, right? Because the leads are worse and the answer rates are worse, is 1,200 to 1,500 leads per month per setter. If you have no opt-in direct application, so a call funnel, but you remove the opt-in, that's like a lot of what we do, it's about 400 to 500 apps, no bookings, per month per setter. Now, if you're doing a buyer funnel without the implementation, onboarding call, whatever that is, hopefully if you're doing a buyer funnel, you know what that is, it's 400 to 500 buyers per month per setter. Now, what's interesting is, no matter what the number is, you get the same amount of sets, 80 to 110 sets per month per setter. That's what you should get for all your setters. The reason that's the same and all the numbers are kind of different is because it's a difference in lead quality, and therefore answer rates, and set rates, and lead to set rates
