Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 1.07x, also nahe am Account-Median
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel durchgehend sichtbar
  • Podcast-Setting mit zwei Personen, Mikrofonen und Sesseln
Hook

„What is one thing though that pissed you off about that experience... How he built a $100M company culture“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Thema

Firmenkultur beim Aufbau eines 100-Millionen-Unternehmens

Sichtbar
  • zwei Personen im Sesselgespräch
  • Mikrofone auf Stativen
  • Cap mit Markenlogo bei einer Person
  • Text-Overlay mit Titel und Frage
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel
  • schlichter Studiohintergrund

What is one thing though that pissed you off about that experience that you said, "Dude, when I start Next Gen- Um- ... I'm never fucking doing this." The, the shop's super dull, bro. Carpets and drywall was dirty, bathrooms were fucked up, and computers were old, and mismatched fucking screens. And bro, like, I wanna be able to come in here and fucking love working here. I wanna be able to come in here and be able to be like, "Man, this is my shit right here." You know what I'm saying? Yeah. So when I started, when I took control and I, and, and I started my first business with Next Gen, dude, if you ever walked into my operations, we had seven different operations in Southern California, it felt like you were in Google, bro. Nice. Like glass screen offices, music playing in the background, coffee for everybody, snacks for everybody. Fucking walk in and start handing out cash to everybody. People were eager to walk in there. We're spending 12, 14 hours sometimes grinding with these people, talking, "Hey, call this customer. Hey, make sure this gets done." If I'm gonna be in there for 14 hours with all these people, like I, I wanna be happy, bro. Yeah. I wanna have a good vibe going on. I, you know, "Hey, a Starbucks on me. Grab 80 cans of Starbucks, bring them on, let's fucking work an extra couple hours so we can, you know, get this revenue that we're trying to collect." Right?
