Talking HeadRant / PolarisierungHook: these polarisierend45-90sProduktion: mittelUntertitel: einwort karaokeCTA: keinerKonfidenz hoch

Thema

Setter durch teure Salesperson ersetzen

Sichtbar
  • eine Person im Studio-Setting
  • Stuhl und Mikrofon-Arm sichtbar
  • Text-Overlay-Titel am Anfang
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel
  • neutrale weiße Wand als Hintergrund
  • kein zweites Bildfeld

Hire a salesperson, not a setter. Because that's like the reframe you need to have in the sense where people think setters are like the most entry-level, crappy, like soft position, and they just have this idea of, oh, I'm gonna pay my setter like three grand a month, four grand a month, and like, yeah, okay, whatever. They're just so entry-level and they don't ex-- like hire a fucking salesperson. Yeah. Pay them eighty to a hundred and ten grand a year, right? It could be a hundred percent commission. I don't care. I guarantee they will make you a fuckload more money. Yeah. And I can tell you, you know, I have my whole story. We don't have to go into this where I basically raised the setter team pay by like two grand a month a piece, right? We made two hundred and fifty grand extra more a month from that, and we reduced ad spend by two hundred grand a month. So we made four hundred and fifty grand a month extra from that. Okay? So if that doesn't convince you, I don't know what's going to.
