You have to be willing to disrupt the status quo to live a good life. And that means doing things that the average person doesn't do. Reading more (for ideas). Working out more (for health). Sharing your truth more (for attention). The weirdest part about those things is that they're pretty boring. They don't require tons of time. They don't require a lot of money. They don't require fancy equipment. All they require is being made a priority. I've still never met anyone who said: "I wish I read, exercised, or shared my truth less." The question is: Will you make the time? Because those who do and those who don't all have the exact same amount of time in the day. Consider doing these 3 things daily for 7 days and see if your life gets worse or better. If it gets worse, ignore the advice. If it gets better, maybe you've got a new habit. Good luck.
