Belege
  • Ausreißer-Faktor 1.75x über Account-Median
  • Titel-Overlay Do NOT hire a COO als klare These im ersten Frame
  • Einwort-Karaoke-Untertitel durchgehend sichtbar
  • Studio-Setting mit Mikrofon, sitzend, ein Sprecher
  • Nur 2 Kommentare trotz überdurchschnittlicher Views

„Do NOT hire a COO“

Titel-/Hook-Muster

Verbot-These + Rollenbegriff

The other mistake they make is they say, "I need an operator. I need a generalist." And what you're really saying is, "I need somebody to do all the crap I don't wanna do and don't know how to do." That's not actually a role. You're a parent. Like, you had a kid, and it's a business. Like, you don't get to opt out of diaper changes. Like, you just don't get to do that, not at this stage. And so we throw around these, these terms like COO, but a COO means something very specific. Now, it can mean something very different depending on the industry and the, the scale of the business. Mm-hmm. But what it never, what it never means, I do all the crap that the CEO doesn't want to do.
