Belege
  • Video dauert 328 Sekunden, Langform-Talking-Head ohne B-Roll
Hook

„I've been thinking about this the other day, especially about why it's so easy for me to always scale this business/businesses.“

I've been thinking about this the other day, especially about why it's so easy for me to always scale this business/businesses. It seems that many of you simply lack this fundamental understanding of what a business actually is or what self-employment actually is. And that is nothing other than visibility multiplied by a certain percentage of "it concerns me and I am interested in it and I will respond immediately" inquiries. Visibility as much as possible, multiplied by the visibility reaching people who need it to some extent, and there are people who really need it right now, resulting in a certain number of inquiries. That means what you call hope marketing is only hope marketing until you understand the equation and understand that there is a statistical probability that if you are visible enough and visible in the right way, people will realize what you do and they need it, and that eventually people will get in touch , because even I don't know who will get in touch today. All I know is that if I spend €7,000, €8,000, €10,000, €1,000 a day on ads at our level across various platforms with a certain type of content, certain types of music, and so on and so forth, using certain strategies, there's a statistical expectation, which I've backtested for 10 years, that X number of people will contact me again today, etc. This means you really only need to focus on this visibility, and even pointless visibility will still ensure that you somehow stay afloat . Even influencers who simply have mass visibility and everyone watches them, and there is no target group and they don't even have a real product. Even those are still good as advertising signs, so you can tell them, uh, you're now marketing an energy drink, or you're now marketing some beauty product, or I do n't know, you're advertising for Gymcette or something. Even that keeps you at an income that is drastically higher than what a normal person earns anywhere. So, simply creating and attracting attention from the right people is already 80% of the work, and the remaining 20% is making the pitch halfway decent. That means pure presence, which is the strategy you're referring to, means you connect with your target audience every day and build up this basic visibility, because you can only be seen by people you're connected to through social media, and then you would post what you offer, in this case, good websites, and you've built up your 1000, 2000 networked freelancers, and you only need three each month. You have 2000 dice, you must roll three. That's about 1.5%. No, less, much less. So, every month, right? So, yes, from a theoretical perspective, it might be okay, or at least incredibly easy to achieve if you have 2000 freelancers listening and you post and post and post. At roughly any given time, about 50 of those 2000 are probably thinking about fixing the website in some way, adding something new, changing something, or adding a subpage. And it's a different 50 each month. Your task is, firstly, to reach those 50, and then to get three of them to pay 5k for you to do it. That's what this is ultimately about. And um, it's the same with us . You have around 400,000 self-employed people who would define you as our Perfect Audience at B Consulting in the Dachregion for various reasons. And out of 400,000 people, 20,000 will think every month that they could use some help with sales and marketing, and these 20,000 people will all fight each other at the same time, and we will then capture a few hundred from those 20,000 and are already very, very good at that, when you think about how much market penetration that is of those ready to buy at that point in time . And that's the whole game. The game is always like that. It's nothing more than that. Basic visibility meets the best possible persuasive communication, but first you have to achieve visibility , because even if you 're bad at marketing yourself, which almost every self-employed person is, it's still enough to be basic and available to win customers, because you can just go there, you're looking for a carpenter, you type " carpenter" plus city into Google and then there are maybe 12 results, and you randomly choose one of them where the website is the best fit, or something like that. It 's partly random who you buy from. There are three possibilities, or so. They do n't know exactly how their new people will arrive either. Partly recommendations, partly via the websites, which is the SEO thing. But none of them know how many people will come, or when they will come. This is all based solely on statistical expectations . And even funnier, imagine if you were to do a high volume of calls and cold calling and so on one day, which isn't recommended for web designers, but it's exactly the same there . I sometimes make 150 searches a day . I somehow manage to reach 30 or 40 of them . Then 15 of them are interested in discussing the topic. I get three to four of those scheduled, and on those three to four I get one to two sales calls per week, and from those a certain amount of business happens, and from those I close a certain number of deals, and at the end of the day the math makes sense, and my attempt is suddenly worth €30 per attempt. It's just this mathematical simplification of it. And then it no longer becomes hope-based marketing, but rather a statistical expectation, more or less. Yes.
